		<description>Thanks for the great reference.  So much of what is out there doesn&#039;t cover the basics, and assumes you will figure it out by exploring the features (?!)  I was appalled that the documentation didn&#039;t have a quick start tutorial like this one. I&#039;m going to link from my blog to this.  Thanks!</description>

After clicking hopefully around the conflict resolution stuff for a while your page was a welcome find. It&#039;s a very simple workflow once you know what it is, until then it&#039;s asea of possibilities.</description>
